About the programme

Operational management and optimization of business processesThe goal of the course is to study trends in operational management and to learn how to solve business problems using the process approach. You will master modern technologies of operational management and master practical methods of process management, which are practiced by leading Russian companies. After training, you will begin to practice kaizen technology - daily improvements and increased productivity.

Strategies for entering international marketsThe module is conducted on the basis of one of the partner business schools and is devoted to the study of management practices in a global context. You will get acquainted with the strategies for entering international markets, the features of international marketing, cross-cultural issues of international business.

Module 14. Practice of international business in the markets of the Near and Middle East - International module in DubaiClasses are held in the own campus of the School of Business "Synergy". During the course you will learn about the investment climate, features of business communications, marketing and legal aspects of doing business in the Middle and Near East market. The program provides for a visit to the DMCC / JLT free zone - the Dubai Multi Commodities Center Authority, where experienced experts will acquaint you with the intricacies of organizing business in the UAE, including company registration, financial and commodity streamlining, organizational and legal structure and other business solutions.
