Deputy Academic Head
Ms. Yulia Slavinskaya is designated as deputy academic head of Synergy University Dubai and is responsible for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the Department in line with Faculty and University strategic plans and direction. One of the ms. Yulia's duties is to guarantee fulfillment of the University´s responsibilities concerning students in respect of their admission, instruction, progress, and examination.
Previous to being an academic head of Synergy University Dubai, ms. Yulia Slavinskaya used to be a leading lecturer in Synergy Moscow, as well as a dean of Law Faculty, as she has a strong academic background of a postgraduate degree in Civil law and process chair together with a big amount of experience in the field and positive students' feedback.
Dr. Abraham has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2017. He completed his Master’s degree in 2010 and PhD in 2014.
Before joining Synergy University, he used to teach General Management, Operations Management, Organizational Behavior, Management/Business Modules, Developing Management & Leadership Skills, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Marketing/Sales, Strategic Managing of Corporate Responsibility, , and Entrepreneurship. He is also a trainer of Teaching Plan Preparation, Classroom management, Training Snr. Grade students, Delivery, Assessment and Effective Reporting.
He also provided teaching services in Gulf American University Dubai, University Campus Barnsley Dubai, Al Diyafah High School Dubai, and Paris Graduate School of Management France. He is also a Migration Service Advisory.
He also has Scientific works which include an Investment Potential Publication of Kogi State Government, Leadership and Delegation.

Dr. Hoffman has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2016. He completed his Master’s degree from UK and PhD from Switzerland and has 32 years of experience.
Before joining Synergy University Dubai, he used to manage Commercial Operations and Manpower Development. His portfolio includes In-structural Course Designs and Evaluations, Manpower Training/Coaching/leadership development, Performance Management, Financial management, Process/System, and Customer service optimization.
Aside from being a full-time Academic Faculty, Dr. Hoffman’s vast industry experience involves General Management & Operations, Trainer, Lecturer, Business Consultant, Professional and Learning & Development Coach- specializing in Productivity, Leadership/Management and Commercial Management of multi-site / multi-brand operations across wide geographical areas.
He is also giving his services in other types of work including supervising final works of graduates, guiding the scientific research and practice of students.
Dr. Hoffman shares valuable insights that drive employee engagement in the workplace. Ethical HEROES encompasses positive change, personal development, ethics, and leadership effectiveness. Ethical HEROES, which is a practical workbook, is based on comprehensive management and leadership research. Mr. Hussein has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2014. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from USA and a PhD in Computer Engineering from Quebec, Canada.
Before joining Synergy University, he used to teach: Cryptography and Network Security, Circuit Analysis and Design, Electronic, Digital Logic Design, Micro processing, Microcontroller, Engineering Graphics and Design, Computational Fluid Dynamic, Thermodynamics, Java, Programming , Object oriented Programming, Game Programming, Computer Organization & Assembly Language, Database Management Systems
Mr. Hussein is a proud member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). In addition, he was a reviewer for 31st Annual International Computer Software and Applications Conference (COMPSAC 2007) and a member of Internal Technical Committee of Al Khwarizmi International University College, TECHFEST 2012 and ILM 2012 in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Justine has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2016. He holds a Master in Leadership and Management and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy and is already in the process of finalizing his recommendations. He is expected to complete this degree early of 2018.
He used to work for BTEC University educational organization and was lecturing Finance related programs. He continued to carry out academic work in the areas of Business and Finance, Management and Thesis Writing.
Mr. Malik has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2017. He holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Finance.
Prior to joining Synergy University, he used to conduct practical classes, examinations and tests on the following disciplines: Basic Mathematics, Business Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Inference, and Operation Management; Business Research Methodology, Statistical Inference for Managers, Business Mathematics and Statistics. He also provides guidance of course work writing and thesis writing.
Mr. Ekundayo has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2016. He completed his Master’s degree in 2016 and his PhD in 2017.
Over the past three years, he has been upgrading his qualifications on different programs like “Certified Research Expert (CRE), Accredited Project Quality Manager (APQM), Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (CSSMBB).
Mr. Naela has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2016. She is currently studying towards her MA in Engineering Management, which she hopes to complete by 2019.
Prior to joining Synergy University Dubai, she used to teach IT related subjects which includes Information Security and Data Protection, Network routing and switching, Strategic Network Management, Wireless Network, Information System and Process, Restaurant Design and Conceptualization, Local Area Network, Networking and Telecommunication and Introduction to Application Development.
Her professional experience also includes working as a Trainer for IWAN Centre and Women Leadership at Women’s Affairs. She also participated in 2017 at Aruba Wireless Conference & Firewall Security (Fortinet) Conference.
Ms. Fatima has been with Synergy University Dubai since 2017. She completed her Master’s degree in Global Economy in 2017.
Currently Lecturing in the field of Economics (BA level). Prior to joining Synergy University Dubai, she used to teach Economics at Multan Collage, Pakistan. Lecturing, conducting practical classes, conducting examinations and tests, consulting students on discipline of Economics. In 2008, she attended a conference of “High Achievers Development Program”, and received a certificate of a short course in Management and Professional Development Program. Over the past 2 years, she has appointed as an internee in admission department of Synergy University Dubai Campus. Her scientific work includes “Determinants of educated married women labor force participation, a case study of Multan, Pakistan”.
She ranked second in Multan Board in Matriculation level with 88.67% (A+ grade) and got a silver medal; awarded by 200,000 Pakistani Rupee by Chief Minister of Punjab. She has done her Bachelors in Economics with 3.95 CGPA and got Gold medal. Moreover, awarded by Red Diploma. Currently, she is doing a full-time job at Synergy University Dubai Campus as an Academic Coordinator.
Master of Business Administration
Previously he was teaching business administration curriculum (BTEC Level 2), business image, business communication, business environment courses, Introduction to Computers, Computer Training (Microsoft Office Applications), Windows, Information and Communications Technology. Research Methods, Assessing Information Needs, Network Administration, Database Concepts, Management of Information Organizations, Advanced Computer Literacy. He possesses professional skills of Windows Operating Systems, Office 365, HTML concepts, Visual Basic, relational databases, wireless technologies, LAN & WAN topology concepts, PBX telephone systems and Pl/SQl Statements, Certified GED Examiner, TAFE Vocational Assessor Candidate.
He has provided his teaching services in Abu Dhabi Vocational & Technical Institute Dubai, UAE. He is a Career development mentor, an expert in vocational, technology, and career-oriented resources. He worked as an Adult Reference Librarian & Technology Trainer at Atlanta-Fulton Public Library, Atlanta. He rendered his services as News Research Librarian at Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He also worked as a Government Documents Librarian, Circulation Assistant in Library, and Computer Lab Monitor Paralegal Clerk.

Previously, he served as a lecturer in IT Department and Career Development Program in Sharjah University. He also served as a lecturer in IT department of Ajman University. Moreover, he served as a part time lecturer in Al Mansour University – Iraq. He rendered his services as a lab assistant and lecturer in Computer Science Department of Saddam University. He is used to working closely with Colleagues, Students, Administration and Dean. He is confident in addressing different audiences. He is experienced in working with a diverse range of students. Furthermore, he is also an advisor at Open Days. His publications include “3D Shape Extraction from Uncelebrated Environment and Video Camera”. In addition “Image Registration Using Genetic Algorithms”. He attended courses of Competence in Teaching and Learning and The Active Lecture.

Ms. Lina Assylbekova is employed as an accountant-general in Synergy University Dubai and is responsible for preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information, documenting financial transactions by entering account information & other.
PhD in Finance
Graduated from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics with a degree in Global Economy. In 2009 he defended his thesis on the specialty "Economics and management of the national economy" on the subject "Russian defense industry complex in the arms market: competitiveness management."
He completed internships at the London Business School under the International Finance program and at the Swiss Business School under the European Financial Market program.
Research Interests: International Finance; development issues of the BRICS countries.
At the University, he oversees educational activities for educational programs that are being implemented.
